Jason has been on staff at Saddleback Church for nearly 20 years and has been leading the HSM team since 2016. He loves Jesus, his wife, all the San Diego Padres, his three kids, (Abby, Hunter, and Savannah) and his dog Chase – but not necessarily in that order!
Jason is the head of our high school team and the lead pastor to our students. He oversees the vision for our youth ministry and leads the care and growth of our staff and volunteer leaders. He also leads a life group of high school guys and teaches at our Weekend Services on most weekends.
TAYLOR MOUCHERON

Taylor has been on staff for 4 years and has been serving with HSM for 9 years. Being on the HSM team is an absolute dream come true for her! When she’s not at church, she’s probably enjoying a corn dog at Disneyland, browsing the aisles at Sephora, or listening to a true crime podcast.
Taylor oversees social media and all of our events… including, but not limited to, HSM Summer Camp and Winter Retreat. She can frequently be found with her head buried in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
DAWSON RUBIN

Dawson has been working at Saddleback since he moved to California in 2020, but has been serving and working in youth ministry since 2014. He is passionate about students understanding the life-changing love of Jesus! Dawson loves Michigan State Basketball, surfing, spending time with his wife Rachel and hanging with friends.
Dawson oversees all of the Next Steps aspects of our ministry, including baptisms, student leadership, H.A.B.I.T.S. and PEACE trips!
JOSHUA QUINTINO

Joshua has been serving in youth ministry for nearly 10 years at Saddleback Church. In his free time, you will find him playing soccer, destroying people on Smash Bros, or watching a movie! He believes God’s favorite soccer team is the LA Galaxy and is desperately praying for the glory days to return!
Joshua oversees graphic design, video content creation, and our weekend services! He is also our resident Gen Z expert who stays up-to-date on all the latest lingo.
STEPHANIE GONZALEZ

Stephanie has called Saddleback home for over 20 years. She has volunteered with the children’s ministry, SSM, and the worship team, and is so excited to have joined the HSM team. She loves discipling students and encouraging them to give their whole heart to Jesus.
Stephanie oversees Life Groups for HSM… including our content scope, curriculum development, student placement, and a plethora of other details that make Life Groups successful.
BRITTANY HAAN

Brittany has been on staff at Saddleback Church since 2015 and has been serving in HSM for over 7 years. She loves chorizo breakfast burritos, mountain biking, chasing sunset views, and all things sports. Any of these with her husband or students is her favorite!
Brittany is thrilled to be on HSM staff overseeing all aspects of our adult leaders: enlisting, equipping, encouraging and empowering them to be the incredible shepherds God has called them to be!
